Q1: When will it be shipped?
Generally, the goods will be shipped from the United States warehouse within 2 working days after the order is placed. You may receive the goods within 5-7 working days after shipping.
Note: During the peak promotion period, there may be some delays in order processing time. -
Q2: How do I check the status of my order?
1. An email with the tracking number will be sent to you after the goods is shipped, please note to check.
2. Fill in your order number and email address on the Track Order page to get the tracking information.

Q3: I received one package from my bundled order, but the other packages have not arrived. How can I track the missing packages?
All orders for purchasing bundles will be shipped by different packages. There will be multiple tracking numbers. All of them may not reach you at the same time. Please check another tracking number on the Track Order page.

Q4:The tracking information for my order shows that it has been delivered, but I have not received it. What should I do?
We kindly suggest checking with your neighbors to see if they may have received it by mistake. Additionally, please check if the delivery person may have left it at your front door.
