Yes, your BLUETTI Bucks are valid for 12 months from the date they are credited to your account.

No.

3. Can I earn BLUETTI Bucks if I purchase on other platforms?
Yes, send us an message with the email address you used in purchasing and we'll help to update your history bucks. You'll get 1 BLUETTI Buck for every purchase of C$1 on BLUETTI products even from 3rd party platforms. However, only purchase on www.bluettipower.ca will be considered to be eligible for upgrading your level (VIP tier) and exclusive benefits.

4. What happens to my BLUETTI Bucks if I return the product or cancel my order?
In that case, the BLUETTI Bucks earned from that purchase will be deducted or reversed accordingly. Additionally, BLUETTI Bucks will be adjusted for partial refunds due to price adjustments.

No, once you redeem your rewards, cancellations are not possible. If you encounter issues such as damaged products, please contact us at sale-ca@bluettipower.com within 7 days for assistance.
