I need about 1100 watts of power for my off grid home each battery is providing about two and a half hours each so I'm quite happy.

Fort utile lors de pannes électriques

J'en ai fait l'essai lors d'une panne de 28 hres dans mon quartier le 4 décembre dernier et je suis très satisfait!

So far so good, but

I purchased two B300’s to pair with my AC200 Max. So far, I have only done one trial and aside from a bit of off gassing (particularly roughly 1/2 through the discharge) everything went well.
The only issues are that one of the connectors is very hard to get to click in all the way (I got it, but it took a lot of effort). The others are smooth and easy, so this is a bit of a concern for longevity, but on the other hand perhaps it will wear in and not pose a problem (though I don’t think my wife coud do it).
The other issue is a design flaw. The ports on the B300 units are on the right hand side where they are on the left hand side of the AC200 Max. As the cables are not long enough to reach around, this means that the units need to be facing different directions; very odd to say the least.
Lastly, the app cannot trusted to give an accurate reading of the power that is left and makes it impossible to identify which unit is which.
These are relatively minor issues and would not stop me from recommending this setup. I look forward to using it in more real word situations at our cabin in the future.

Works well as expected - nice form factor - make sure cables are tight

This is a very nicely built 3kWh LiFePO4 battery. Good form factor and flexible input / output options. Paired it well with my AC300 along with another B300 (2x B300 in total), no sweat discharging at 3kW though through AC300. My only complain (and is not a show stopper) is that you must plug those cables in really well, when I first set this up, I didn't plug them tight enough and got a BMS communication error. Tried it a few times and pushed really hard and it is now fine. They are really heavy, so it is more "transportable" and not "portable", but that is a physical limitation due to the LiFePO4 chemistry and is a fine tradeoff for the increase longevity and safety.

Just in Time

We have only had the B300 and AC200MAX for a few weeks but they arrived just before a hurricane, so we put them to use right away. They ran our fridge and freezer for two full days. Next we’ll get panels so we can recharge them during longer outages.
